Can I place a custom order for a special color?  

At this time, we can't take custom orders, including specialty colors. However, please feel free to send us your suggestions through our "Contact Us" form... we're always happy to hear what our customers think about how we can improve our products! 

 

Can I order suspenders with just clips or just braces?

Our suspenders are convertible. They are sold with both removable braces and clips, you just need to decide which attachment to use at the moment of wearing it. 

 

How/where can I buy your products?

When will I get my order?

What size suspenders should I purchase? 

How to choose the correct size:

Measure the distance from center-back waistline (diagonally over the shoulder) to the front waistline. When considering room for adjustment, you want to order the size closest to your measurement. There is around 2+ inches adjustment room on these. The measurement (42", 48", 54", etc) is the length of the suspenders fully let out. 

When it is not possible to take measurements, base the size using the person’s height (possibly adding a size if they are noticeably heavier than average).

What is the Jean Lorent return policy? 

Returns/exchanges that are initiated within 7 business days from delivery and for online purchases only. The item must be returned in the same condition it arrived (unused, unworn with tags) with the same packing and insurance applied to return shipping. Allow 7-10 days for processing. Excludes sale items. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
